Marital and Family law
Even if your marriage is destroyed beyond repair I will try my best to reach a mutual settlement between both parties. Due to my experience with marital law, I am often able to guide both parties to a mutual settlement. Especially after this solution has been reached, there are certain aspects of this settlement that need to be examined from a legal perspective, so that no party is under-compensated. In the case of a divorce trial I will support my mandate using my legal experience. If necessary, I will work with a team of detectives.

Social Insurance (invalidity pension)
I am especially concerned with the troubles of those who are unable to work, whether they are impaired or for other medical reasons. Therefore, this aspect of law is one of the main focal points of my office. I cooperate with a team of examiners and specialized doctors in order to achieve this. Due to their knowledge of the field combined with my legal determination it has often occurred that even the most hopeless of cases, my mandate has been served with justice.

Criminal law, financial law
Criminal law is my passion - I wrote my dissertation about criminal law, with a strong focus on financial criminal law. Once I am convinced by a case - no matter if there is no apparent end in sight - I will not give up. My knowledge of the field is more than solid. 

Medical Malpractice
I work closely with a team of medical examiners for the optimal enforcement of my client's claims.  Especially in the assessment of damage claims, the judiciary has evolved considerably recently. Under certain circumstances, the affected party also receives compensation for emotional distress suffered. For this part of the case, I work with a team of psychiatrists and therapists.

Foreign Law, Citizenship Rights
Since the founding of my law firm, I am intensely active and highly specialized in this complex area of law. Regular training courses are a given, as is a friendly persistence with the authorities.

Tenancy and Resident Law
I have approximately twenty years of experience with this type of law, having been a chairman for the tenants association of Styria as well as the years I spent in training at the Viennese law firms Dr. Alfred Pribik and Dr. Markus Freund (both have a focus on tenancy and residential law).

Investor Protection
I was able to protect many investors who were harmed by falsified or incorrect advice from banks, insurance companies or financial services companies and make sure that justice was served - our opponents had to pay a large compensation.
